Delbert A. Lillard
Delbert A. Lillard, 79, of Dallas City, Ill., died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, May 25, 2003, at his home.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 28 at the Banks and Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City, with the Rev. Doug Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Harris Cemetery near Dallas City. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. today at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for the First Christian Church of Dallas City.
