Delmar E. Brown
Delmar E. Brown, 73, of Oakville and formerly of Burlington, died Sunday morning, Sept. 3, at his home.
The funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7, at the Hagele and Honts Funeral Home at Morning Sun with the Rev. Lexie Kirkpatrick officiating. Burial will follow at the Elmwood Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home where the family will meet friends from 6-8 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for the benefits of the Oakville First Responders and the Wapello Community Ambulance Service.
