Delores "Dee" Bertha Mehaffy, 94, passed away Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021, in Apple Valley, Minn. A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 17, at Olson Powell Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
