Delores L. Young

      Delores L. Young, 72, of Knoxville, formerly of Richland, died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008, at Knoxville Area Community Hospital in Knoxville.

      A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Richland United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Kim Gates and the Rev. Bill Lane officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery.

      Visitation with the family will be from 2-3:30 p.m. Sunday at Gould Funeral Home in Richland.

      A memorial has been established to Feed the Children.

      Mrs. Young was born April 8, 1935, in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Leo V. and Sara E. Nickerson Forinash. She married Ben M. Young Jr. Oct. 28, 1955, in Ottumwa, and they later divorced.
