Dennis Dean Lemley

Dennis Dean Lemley, 64, of Washington, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009, in the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, following a short illness.

      Celebration of life services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Colton Clay officiating. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday in the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. A general memorial has been established.

      Mr. Lemley was born March 10, 1944, in Iowa City, the son of Lloyd and Ida (Stohlman) Lemley. He married Lois Brown on Sept. 21, 1996, in Washington.
