Dennis Karl Goehring, 70, of Fairfield, formerly of Batavia passed away on August 16, 2024, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City.

Visitation for Dennis will open at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at Cranston Family Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the family present to greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. A Masonic service by Kilwinning Lodge No. 198 A.F. & A.M., Batavia, will be held at 4:30 PM prior to the visitation. The funeral service is scheduled for 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at the Funeral Home with Danny Carey officiating. Dennis will be laid to rest immediately following the service at Fell Cemetery in Libertyville. Memorials in Dennis’s honor to Fell Cemetery may be left at the Funeral Home or mailed to the family at 1007 W Jackson Ave., Fairfield Iowa 52556.
