Dolores 'Dee' Kriner Jacobs

Dolores "Dee" Kriner Jacobs, a former resident of Washington, Iowa, died June 23, 2018 after a long illness at the home of a daughter, Julie Woolsey and husband Marc Woolsey in Corona, Calif.

In 2016, Dee was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Clyde B. Jacobs. The children were Jeanne, Jeffrey, Jon and Julie. Her parents were Ernie and Josephine Kriner who owned a restaurant in Washington for about 17 years. Dee was a teacher at a Washington County rural school for one year, subsequently teaching in Fairfield, Iowa and later in Long Beach, Calif.

Dee's only sibling is a sister, Phyllis Anne Kriner, who may be reached at 620 N. Pine St. Unit 42, Marceline, MO 64658 for any inquiries. Prayers for Dee and her family are appreciated. The Kriner family had fond memories of Washington.
