Dolores M. Hazelett
Dolores M. Hazelett, 88, of Washington, formerly of Ainsworth, died Friday, July 29, at Washington County Hospital, following a brief illness.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 1, at Ainsworth Community Church, with the Rev. Nancy Oehler officiating. The family will receive friends following the service, at the church. Burial will be at a later date in Oregon Township Cemetery in Ainsworth.
Mrs. Hazelett was born on Feb. 18, 1917, in Washington County, to Loren and Annetta (Sands) Hazen. On Sept. 30, 1938, she married Albert J. Hazelett in Des Moines.
