Don W. Bair

Don W. Bair, 79, of Mt. Pleasant, died of a heart attack Saturday, May 26, at his son's home in Fontana, Wis.

Visitation will be held from 12 noon until 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel, 709 Mapleleaf Drive, Mt. Pleasant, where the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. that evening. A memorial funeral mass will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Mt. Pleasant, with Fr. Nick Adam officiating. Inurnment with military rites will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Sigourney, at 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church or to the James Murphy American Legion Post #319. On line condolences may be sent to www.olsonpowell.com.
