Donald C. Hargrove

      Donald C. Hargrove, 86, of rural Milton, died at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008, at Bloomfield Care Center in Bloomfield.

      A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Bryon Wixom officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Milton.

      Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Masonic Rites at 7 p.m., followed by visitation with the family until 8 p.m.

      Memorials to Mr. Hargrove's church may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 23827 Acorn Road, Milton 52570.

      Mr. Hargrove was born March 27, 1921, on the farm near Milton where he lived his entire life, the son of J. Glen and Edith Campbell Hargrove. He married Mary Eleanor Pinnell Nov. 24, 1963, in Denver, Colo.
