CEDAR RAPIDS ? Donald Claire Pilcher, 80, of Washington, died Monday, April 4, 2011, at Parkview Manor in Wellman.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 7, at the United Methodist Church in Washington. A lunch will follow in fellowship hall at the church. Graveside military services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Eldon Cemetery in Eldon. Iowa Cremation in Cedar Rapids is handling the arrangements.
