Donald E. Glover

      Donald E. Glover, 79, of Keokuk, died Saturday, April 8, 2006, at his home.

      The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 13, at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with the Rev. John Abraham officiating. His body will be cremated and burial will be in the Sandusky Cemetery at a later date.

      Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, with the family present from 7 to 9 p.m.

      Memorials have been established for the Sandusky United Methodist Church and Lee County Hospice.

      Born Aug. 1, 1926 in Luray, Mo., he was the son of Clifford and Gladys Cline Glover. He graduated from Keokuk High School with the class of 1944. On June 30, 1951, he was married Shirley Louise Foley in Washington.
