Donald E. Kracaw

Donald E. Kracaw, 83, of Winfield, died Friday, Sept. 12, at Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.

Visitation began at noon today, Sept. 15, at Honts Funeral Home in Winfield. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, at Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Steven Zittergruen officiating, and with family present afterward at the Swedesburg Parish Hall. A private family burial will be held prior to the service at the Swedesburg Church Cemetery.

Memorials have been established for the Swedesburg Lutheran Church and Sunrise Terrace Care Center.

He was born Dec. 5, 1924, near Wyman, the son of Neil and Edith Cannon Kracaw. On Oct. 1, 1947, he married Jean Lantz in Swedesburg.
