Donald E. Pretz

      COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Donald E. Pretz, 71, of Columbus Junction, died Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, in the Wapello Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

      Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, in the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction with Commissioned Lay Pastor Ramona Wink officiating. Burial will be in the Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Columbus City Cemetery Association and the Louisa County Fair Association.

      Mr. Pretz was born Oct. 18, 1936 in Columbus Junction, the son of John Raymond and Martha Elizabeth (Pratt) Pretz.
