Donald E. Wallace

FAIRFIELD ? Donald E. Wallace, 70, of Lockridge, died Monday, June 15, 2009, in the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics as a result of injuries from a car accident that occurred Friday, June 12.

    Joint funeral services for Mr. Wallace and his wife Shirley will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 19, at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Danny Carey officiating.  Burial will be at Miller Chapel Cemetery in rural Keosauqua.  Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be given to the grandchildren.

    Donald Emmett Wallace was born April 12, 1939, in Van Buren County, the son of Charles and Pauline (Wright) Wallace.  He married Shirley Clark on July 17, 1962, at the First Christian Church in Ottumwa.
