KEOTA ? Donald Gaile Fagen, 86, of Keota, died Saturday, April 16, 2011, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, at the United Church of Faith in Keota with the Rev. Dennis Hopes officiating. Burial will be in the Keota Cemetery with military rites. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota, where the family will greet friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A Masonic Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for the United Church of Faith ad Keokuk County Hospice.
