Donald L. Johnson

FAIRFIELD - Donald L. Johnson, 90, of Fairfield, died Saturday, July 12, 2008, in the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, in the First Lutheran Church in Fairfield with the Rev. Marvin Robeck officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Fairfield. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield. Memorials may be made to the First Lutheran Church or to the Lord's Cupboard.

      Mr. Johnson was born Oct. 31, 1917, in the family's home east of Fairfield, the son of Elmer C. and Edith (Edmond) Johnson. He married Doris Ringelspach on Feb. 14, 1943 in the First Lutheran Church in Fairfield.
