Donald Leroy ?Donnie? Phillips

    Donald Leroy ?Donnie? Phillips, 85, of Washington, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, in the Washington County Hospital in Washington, from injuries resulting from a fall.

    Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Gene Carpenter officiating.  The body has been cremated and burial will be at a later date.  Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.  A memorial fund has been established for the Washington Care Center.

    Mr. Phillips was born Sept. 19, 1923, in Washington, the son of Lloyd B. and Edna May (Fouchek) Phillips.
