Donald Milton Wasson

Donald Milton Wasson, 79, of New London, died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2005, at his home.

      Mr. Wasson has been cremated according to his wishes. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 15, at Elliott Chapel with burial following at Burge Cemetery in New London.

      The Henry County Honor Guard will conduct full military rites.                   Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the Elliott Chapel. The family receiving friends after 10 a.m. A memorial has been established.

      Survivors include two brothers, Charles Wasson of Burlington and Dan Wasson and his wife Eileen of West Memphis, Ark.; two daughters, Pamela Wasson and Lori Poe, both of New London; and two grandsons.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Kevin, and three brothers, Dewey, John and Richard.
