Donald Paul Harden

      NORA SPRINGS - Donald Paul Harden, 76, of Rudd died Friday, March 23, 2007 in the Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City after a year-long struggle with cancer.

      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 28 in the Eden Presbyterian Church in Rudd with the Rev. John Bates and Dr. Bill McElroy officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Rudd. Visitation will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m. today in the Sheckler Colonial Chapel in Nora Springs. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to service time Wednesday in the church.

      Mr. Harden was born Nov. 11, 1930 in Decatur County, the son of Eldon and Sarah Marie (Horney) Harden. He married Jaunita Myers on Aug. 28, 1951 in Georgia.
