Donald Raymond Smith
COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Donald Raymond Smith, 46, of Columbus Junction, died Friday, Sept. 12, 2003, following a farming accident near his home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m.Tuesday, Sept. 16, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, with the Rev. Cathy Whitlatch officiating. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. this evening, at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for Mr. Smith's children.
Mr. Smith was born Oct. 2, 1956, in Muscatine, the son of Raymond and Betty Lou (Nichols) Smith.On May 11, 1985, in Iowa City, he married Julie M. Burroughs.
