Donna Lee Frost

Donna Lee Frost, 63, of Mt. Pleasant, died Friday, Dec. 17, 2004, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City following a lengthy illness.

      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with the Pastor Matt Barrett officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon today at the funeral home, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.

      Survivors include her husband; her mother, Lilly, of Mt. Pleasant; two children, Ricky Edward and his wife Christy Anderson of Mt. Pleasant, and Angela Christine and her husband Lance Seltun of Overland Park, Kan.; a brother, David "Dude" Knifong of Mt. Pleasant; three sisters, Shirley Jean and her husband Robert Jones of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., Mary Lou and her husband Larry Detrick of Mt. Pleasant, and Patricia and her husband Michael Johnson of Burlington; and three grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by her father; a brother, Quin; a sister, Linda; and a grandson.
