Donna M. Stevens

Donna M. Stevens, 74, of Sun City, Ariz., died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2005, at Boswell Hospital in Sun City.

      A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ United Methodist Church in Douds, with the Rev. Michael Renken and the Rev. Harold Harryman officiating. Cremation took place in Arizona.

      A family visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Memorials to the Arizona Kidney Foundation may be left at the church or mailed to the family in care of Dennis Ruble, 2530 O'Brien Lane, Springville 52336.

      Mrs. Stevens was born March 27, 1931, near Douds, the daughter of Forrest and Bessie Smith Hanshaw. Her first marriage was to Jack Ruble. She married Harry Stevens May 30, 1991. He died May 27, 1999.
