Donnie Hertig
Donnie Hertig, 70, of Wayland, died on Tuesday, July 31, 2001, at Halcyon House Care Center in Washington, of cancer.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 3 at Bethel Mennonite Church north of Wayland with the Rev. Phil Slabaugh officiating. Burial will be in the North Hill Cemetery. Visitation began at noon on Thursday, Aug. 2 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Wayland with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Bethel Mennonite Church or Mercy Hospital Foundation Cancer Fund.
