Dora Eloise Statler
Dora Eloise Statler, 93, of Lone Tree, formerly of Washington, died Thursday, May 19, 2005, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, following a long illness.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Monday, May 23, 2005, at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington, with the Rev. Dennis Fox officiating. Memorials have been established for the American Cancer Society and United Methodist Church. Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Statler was born Dec. 3, 1911, in Keota to Archie W. and Grace B. (Conklin) Miller. She married Samuel H. Statler on Oct. 15, 1932.
