Doris A. Nordyke

Doris Alberta Nordyke, 95, of Washington, died Monday, Dec. 15, at Brownlee Health Care Center at the United Presbyterian Home.

Visitation will begin at noon Thursday, Dec. 18, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with family present from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 19, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Sue Meade officiating. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.

She was born June 4, 1913, in Salem, the daughter of Edgar and Anna Bell Matthews. On June 22, 1940, she married Oscar Nordyke.
