Doris Adeline Crossett

      WELLMAN - Doris Adeline Crossett, 84, of Keota, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2009, in Maplewood Manor in Keota following a short illness.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, in the First Baptist Church in Wellman with the Rev. Mark Larson officiating. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Memorials may be made to the Washington County Hospice.

      Mrs. Crossett was born Sept. 1, 1924, in Sigourney, the daughter of Clayton Thomas and Sophia (Duensing) Lowe. She married Joseph Junior Crossett on Oct. 4, 1941 in Memphis, Mo.
