FAIRFIELD ? Doris Alice Scott, 96, of West Branch, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, in Crestview Care Center in West Branch after a brief illness.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at Evergreen Cemetery at 510 East Stone Street in Fairfield. Memorials may be made to Crestview Nursing and Rehab Center, 451 West Orange Street, West Branch, IA 52358. Arrangements are in the care of Raymond Funeral and Cremation Service in Fairfield.
