Doris Devota Marlay

Doris Devota Marlay, 95, of Keosauqua and formerly of Fairfield, died Thursday morning, March 9, 2006, at Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

      The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Behner Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Wotherspoon officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

      Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with family present from 2-4 p.m.

      Mrs. Marlay was born March 12, 1910, in Milan, Mo., the daughter of Claud L. and Gertrude Simpson Couch. She married Leroy G. Marlay Feb. 16, 1930, in Chillicothe, Mo. He died Nov. 11, 1996.
