Doris Marie Taylor

      COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Doris Marie Taylor, 82, of Columbus Junction, died Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, at Washington County Hospital in Washington.

      Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, with the Rev. Cathy Whitlatch officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, in Wellsville Cemetery in Wellsville, Kan. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for Iowa City Hospice.

      Mrs. Taylor was born April 5, 1921, in Gardner, Kan., the daughter of Carl Monroe and Abigail Maebelle (Ridlon) Millington. She married Eldon P. Taylor on Feb. 29, 1940, in Topeka, Kan.
