KEOTA - Doris Phillips, 86, of Keota, died Thursday, June 20, 2002, at Maplewood Manor in Keota.
Funeral services were held Sunday, June 23, at the United Church of Faith in Keota, with the Rev. Melinda Chambers officiating. Powell Funeral Home in Keota was in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be directed to Maplewood Manor.
