Dorothy Ann Phillips
COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Dorothy Ann Phillips, 77, of Fredonia, died Monday, Jan. 2, 2006, at C.M.C. Hospital in Monmouth, Ill.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 6, 2006, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, with the Rev. Cathy Whitlatch officiating. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 5, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. A general memorial has been established.
Mrs. Phillips was born Oct. 25, 1928, in Britt, to Henry and Agnes Monson. She married Jerry Phillips on April 10, 1948, in Livermore.
