Dorothy Durian Rugg
WELLMAN - Dorothy Durian Rugg, 88, of Wellman, died Friday, March 16, 2001, at the Scandia Care Center in Sister Bay, Wis., following a lengthy illness.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, May 13, in the Wellman Cemetery, with the Rev. Doug Achterhof officiating. A memorial fund has been established for the Scandia Village-Good Samaritan Center, 290 Smith Road, Sister Bay, WI 54234. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman is in charge of arrangements.
