Dorothy E. McCracken
BRIGHTON ? Dorothy E. McCracken, 96, of rural Brighton, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013, in Parkview Care Center in Fairfield following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 20, at the Pleasant Plain Friends Church with the Rev. J. ?Mac? McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Plain Friends Cemetery. Visitation will open at 3 p.m. Sunday at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. The family requests memorials for either Quakerdale Children?s Home or the Lord?s Cupboard. Memorials may be left at the funeral home or the church or may be mailed to the family at 1270 Jefferson Washington Road, Brighton, IA 52540.
