Dorothy I. Deal

      Dorothy I. Deal, 85, of Winfield and formerly of Marengo, died on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, at Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.

      The memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, at the Winfield United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jo Hary officiating. According to her wishes, the body will be cremated and there will be no visitation at the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield. Those who desire may call at the Larry and Cherrill White residence in rural Winfield at any time. Burial of her cremains will be at a later date in the Winfield-Scott Township Cemetery. Memorials have been established for the Winfield and Marengo United Methodist Churches, Sunrise Terrace Care Center, and Hospice.
