Dortha Chapek
KALONA - Dortha Chapek, 71, of Kalona, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Richmond, with the Rev. Rich Adam officiating. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, where the family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Rosary services will be held at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Church.
