Douglas Dean Moothart
Douglas Dean Moothart, 45, 1890 140th St., died from a heart attack at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, July 9, 2006, at his home.
A service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Prairie View United Methodist Church near Ollie, with the Rev. Jane Jordan officiating. Burial will be in Packwood Cemetery in Packwood.
Family visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Prairie View United Methodist Church.
A memorial fund has been established for the education of his children.
Arrangements are in the care of Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.
