Douglas G. Crossett
Douglas Gene Crossett, 66, of Mt. Pleasant, died Monday, Aug. 25, at Great River Medical Center emergency room in West Burlington.
Visitation will begin at noon Thursday, Aug. 28, at Elliott Chapel in New London with family present from 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 29, at the chapel with the Rev. Jeff McPheron officiating. Burial will be in Richwoods Cemetery in Trenton.
A memorial has been established to the American Heart Association.
He was born July 19, 1942, in Wellman, the son of Martial and Esther Stump Crossett. He married Delores Henkel on May 31, 1969, at the Trenton Methodist Church.
