Douglas S. Johnson

      Douglas S. Johnson, 59, of Fairfield, died Thursday afternoon, July 26, 2007.

      A service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Lutheran Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Marvin Robeck officiating. Interment will be in Bethesda Cemetery east of Fairfield.

      Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

      Memorials have been established to First Lutheran Church in Fairfield and to the Jefferson County Fair Trust.

      Mr. Johnson was born Sept. 4, 1947, in Fairfield, the son of Donald C. and Doris K. Ringelspach Johnson. He married Lynne Shafer June 26, 1976, at First Baptist Church in Keokuk.
