Dr. Forrest Edkin
COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Dr. Forrest Edkin, D.C., 79, of Columbus City, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2001, at Washington County Hospital in Washington.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction. There will be no visitation. Burial with full military rites will be in Columbus City Cemetery. A memorial has been established for the Colonial Manor Care Center in Columbus Junction.
