Dr. Leonard H. Blackwell, 81, of Washington, died Friday, May 16, 2003, at his home, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Brian Gentz officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Memorials may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Hospice of Washington County.
