Dr. Robert Wirtz
WELLMAN - Dr. Robert W. Wirtz, 96, of Wellman, died Tuesday, April 24, 2001, at Parkview Manor in Wellman.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 28, at the English River Church of the Brethren near South English, with the Rev. Joe Gregersen officiating. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Wellman, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for the English River Church of the Brethren, Children's Shrine Hospital and Wellman Ambulance.
