Duane E. Miller

Duane E. Miller, 64, of rural Keosauqua died at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2006, in the emergency room of Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua following a heart attack at his home.

      A service is set for 10:30 a.m. Friday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Harold Schnedler officiating. Burial will be in Miller Chapel Cemetery northeast of Keosauqua.

      Open visitation begins at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with family present from 6-8 p.m. Memorials may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 19306 Peach Ave., Keosauqua 52565.

      Mr. Miller was born Jan. 19, 1942, in Fort Madison, the son of Walter and Mabel Limeke Miller. He married Joyce E. Stewart Jan. 23, 1960, in Burlington.
