Duane Kenneth
MT. PLEASANT ? Duane Kenneth ?Pete? Peterson, 58, of Wayland, died Wednesday, July 12, 2000, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 15, at the Sugar Creek Mennonite Church south of Wayland, with the Rev. Steve Good and the Rev. Ruben Chupp officiating. Burial will be in the North Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at the Sugar Creek Church, where family will receive friends from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the Wayland First Responders, the Wayland Mennonite Church, or North Hill Cemetery.
