Dwain L. Tschantz
Dwain L. Tschantz, 83, of Washington, died Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
A celebration of life will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 6, at the United Methodist Church in Washington with the Rev. Jim Stiles officiating. Burial will follow at the North Hill Cemetery in rural Wayland. Visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for the Good Samaritan Fund at the Halcyon House and the Washington United Methodist Church music fund.
