E. Pauline Penrod Lewis Freeborn

      E. Pauline Penrod Lewis Freeborn, 92, of rural Floris, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      A service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, with the Rev. Doran Bollman officiating. Burial will be in Mount Gilead Cemetery in rural Floris.

      Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where family will be present from 5-7 p.m.

      Mrs. Freeborn was born July 5, 1916, in Davis County, the daughter of Arthur and Maude Bollman Penrod. She married Glenn W. Lewis Dec. 21, 1935, in Davis County. He died Aug. 2, 1974. She later married Gene Freeborn, and they divorced.
