Earl R. Werts
KALONA - Earl R. Werts, 83, of Wellman, died Monday, July 19, 2004, at Parkview Manor in Wellman, following a brief illness.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. Beth Miller officiating. Burial will be in Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Visitation will take place from noon on Wednesday to the time of the service. A general memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Werts was born to George and Alma (Anderson) Werts on May 6, 1921, in Earlham. He married Marvel Drollinger Brenneman on May 18, 1973, in Wellman.
