Earl Rudolph Doehrmann

      Earl Rudolph Doehrmann, 75, of Iowa City, died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.

      A service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Iowa City, with the Rev. Tim Zimmerman officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

      Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Gay and Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.

      Mr. Doehrmann was born June 1, 1931, on the family farm in rural Iowa County, the son of Rudolph and Loretta Glandorf Doehrmann. He married Dorothy Spenler Sept. 7, 1956, at St. Paul's Chapel in Iowa City.
