Earl Wayne Brown
Earl Wayne Brown, 82, of Washington, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2005, at Washington County Hospital in Washington.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 14, at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Everett Burham officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery in Afton, at a later date. Family visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Fairfield Public Library, Jefferson County Historical Society and Museum, or the Halcyon House Good Samaritan Fund.
Mr. Brown was born on May 5, 1922, in rural Afton, to Walter and Bessie (Hammans) Brown. On Nov. 18, 1945, he married Enid Ames in Afton.
