Edith L. Canott
Edith Lois Canott, 83, of West Palm Beach, Fla., died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, after a long battle with cancer.
Services will be held in Florida and in Washington, Iowa, at a later date.
She was born August 8, 1925, in Bloomington, Ind., to Elmer and Fern Deckard Hays. She graduated from Cotter High School. On Feb. 23, 1946, she married Samuel G. Canott at the United Methodist Church in Washington, Iowa.
